Before the rider meeting on the day before the start, Feb. 25, the riders tried on the riding wear and carefully made sure they had the right size gloves, helmets and other gear

Chief marshal, Mr. Yusoff Bakar, added touches of humor to his presentation that helped relieve some of the anticipation of the riders and bring smiles to their faces

While the riders' meeting was going on, the preparations for the next morning's flag-off ceremony were in progress outside. An interested crowd gathered immediately around the display of the new T135 (Malaysian market name 135LC)

With all preparations complete, the 135LC machines are ready for the start of the touring

Guests and visitors filled the starting ceremony venue. Mr. Muhammad Heeza Bin Hassan, Assistant Director of the Malaysian Ministry of Transport's Road Safety Dept. gave words of advice in his sending-off speech before an attentive audience

Running in formation, it was fine riding weather after the rain let up

The riders joined in a promotional event at the Hong Leong Yamaha dealership in Perak. A short rest surrounded by guests who gathered for the promotion
